Non-invasive holistic kinesiology and footzoning are a perfect partnership for removing blocked and stagnant energy, which opens the way for the body to heal itself. Both modalities recognize the complexity of the body and the interaction between all its systems. Holistic kinesiology is a technique that uses gentle muscle testing to find and remove blockages in the body’s energy system. Footzoning uses precise and directed pressure to the zones of the feet to remove blockages, stimulate the organs and renew the cells.
Whether an individual schedules a treatment for clearing stress or pain from the body or for energy balancing, a session can be tailored to best address their needs. A holistic kinesiology session begins with calibrating the muscles for testing. Through asking the body the right questions, the practitioner is guided by the client’s innate wisdom to the energetic technique that might be most helpful to restore balance to the painful part or the meridian that is stressed by an emotional stressor. During a footzoning session, shoes and socks are removed and an individual sits in a comfortable chair. One foot at a time is placed on the practitioner’s lap and the practitioner moves through the points on the feet that represent all the areas of the body.
Holistic kinesiology and footzoning are effective ways to open up the flow of energy so that the body can restore itself.
